Infinia Matrix Inc. ("INFINIA," "we," "our," "us") operates the INFINIA mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We designed INFINIA with the belief that your personal data — especially your birth data — deserves the same care as your healing journey.

INFINIA is intended for adults aged 18 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use INFINIA or provide any personal information.
If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a minor, please contact us at [email protected].
For users under 13 specifically: we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13.

INFINIA uses Claude by Anthropic to generate personalized astrology readings, tarot interpretations, and healing prompts based on your birth chart data.
AI-generated readings are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not predictions, medical advice, professional counseling, or factual statements about your future. See our Terms of Service for full disclaimers.
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling for ad purposes, or selling to data brokers.
We share your personal information only in these limited circumstances:

We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We have not shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you reside in Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), or another state with consumer privacy legislation, you have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland:
INFINIA is a native mobile app. We do not use cookies. We do not use web-based tracking technologies. We do not participate in advertising networks. We do not use the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers).
App Tracking Transparency: We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and therefore do not display an ATT permission prompt.
INFINIA is operated from the United States. If you access the app from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US.
For EEA/UK/Swiss users: We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as the legal mechanism for international data transfers. Anthropic (our AI provider) maintains data processing agreements that include appropriate safeguards.
