What gets deleted Your journeys, readings, journal entries, chart data and email address. Payment records are kept only as long as tax law requires, then removed. Nothing is retained for training.

This page exists because Google Play requires a web-reachable deletion route and Apple requires deletion from inside the app. Both are covered.
